A: We provide 2 months warranty for Cartridges and Disposable vape pens. For Yourice device, we provide 1 year warranty.
Q: How to deal with defected products?
A: If there are any quality problems with the product, please show us the pictures and videos ,we will compensate new one send together with your next order.
After-sale service of Vape
1). Warranty policy: 12 months from shipment.
2). For non-working products, we will send the replacements to the clients along with the next order, after the customer provides photos or videos of the faulty products,
3). Evaluate the risk of the custom and choose the safest shipping company during different periods.
Packaging and shipping:
· UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT and so on express(door to door);
· By plane; Pls choose your favorite shipping method according your detail requirement;
